The number of sessions available varies by program and provider. Please check your benefits booklet or check with your benefits coordinator for your specific coverage.

inConfidence is not an emergency or crisis hotline. If you are in crisis, please call 911. For non-crisis, urgent situations; telephone appointments can often be arranged for the same day. The timing of routine appointments will vary based on counsellor availability and your individual requirements.

The fully qualified, professional counsellors have been carefully screened and credentialed by their professional regulatory body. At a minimum counsellors have a master's degree in one of the following fields: Psychology, Social Work or Educational Counselling, and five years of clinical experience.

inConfidence is 100% confidential, and your employer cannot see what you are accessing on the app or if you are receiving counselling.
